With over 15 years of experience in military, commercial, and entrepreneurial leadership, I’ve had the privilege of not only leading teams but also training and developing leaders across diverse environments. From my early days as a Croatian military officer, where leadership and discipline were essential, to my role as chief security officer with Disney Cruise Line, and later venturing into hospitality real estate, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to empower individuals, foster growth, and drive organizational success.
Leadership development and training have been central to my journey. I’ve worked with teams of all backgrounds, helping them build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to excel in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. This experience has taught me how to guide individuals to reach their potential while aligning their efforts with broader organizational goals.
